Hi everyone I started working on a Hack and Slash template two weeks ago. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, but I'm actively working on it. I'm going to update my progression here. The template view is Top-Down.
I'm programming full Blueprint. I'm using / needing free imported assets such as Mixamo Anim Pack. Facebook Hack V 1.0 - 2013 here. I'm making it look like a Diablo-Like game.
I want it to support Multiplayer. I want a Full commented Blueprint. It might end up being a market asset, a support for a tutorial serie or maybe a base for a game (or even nothing at all). Here's a list of the features I'm planning to implement. Will the template come with melee weapon handling/ collision management and some humanoid character melee combat animations? I didnt use collision to detect damage input. I used animation frame.
I arbitrarily chose a frame in the animation sequence and told Blueprint to call the damage event at that moment. I'm currently using and their animations.
And of course the aforementioned Hack ‘n Slash. Learning how to hack. Could this Hack ‘N Slash be the game that. It is more of a game mechanic than a tutorial. Dec 30, 2016 A complete tutorial on how to create a small rpg hack and slash rpg style game using the Unity3d game engine.

I 'finished' Sacred Swords and moved on to create (which is soon ready to be submitted) which is the new and final form of the Plugin I'm talking about here. I invite you to check out the official thread, I'm keeping it updated with fresh news and information regarding its status.
