Nice comparisons of photo-real sceneries, and shows why (for me at least) photo-real sceneries for more northern climates are not the way to go. Also, since I fly mostly at dusk and dawn, which of course extends into night flying, the lack of night textures is not acceptable. As for framerate hits with dense sceneries, I had a major problem with this, and it was solved by an upgrade to the new Intel Core i7 2600K processor; even with a less than top-notch videocard (Radeon HD 5870), I can now run all detail settings maxed and still get terrific FPS.
