• Symantec's Norton Ghost Outperforms Imagecast in Ziff-Davis Independent Lab Tests CUPERTINO, Calif. – February 22, 1999 – Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC), the world leader in utility software for business and personal computing, today announced that Norton Ghost version 5.1c beta release 2 outperformed Micro House International, Inc.' S Imagecast IC3, version 3.1 in an independent, comprehensive 18-test competitive analysis. According to the report, 'Norton Ghost outperformed Imagecast in each of the 18 tests we conducted.
